Four years ago the NFL team was reportedly sanctioned by the league failure to conform to the league’s ownership bylaws. I could not get a definitive debt figure for the Titans, though my sources estimate its around $200 million. At first, that price might seem low, given Forbes valued the Titans at $2.3 billion in September.
