The woman, identified as Madam Charlotte, reportedly became involved in an argument with a tenant after the tenant defecated into a polythene bag and left it in front of the landlady’s room. Residents in the area are said to rely on public toilet facilities, as there are no toilets within the houses. On his arrival, Paa Kwesi is alleged to have assaulted Madam Charlotte, reportedly using a belt. The matter has since been reported to the Agona Nyakrom Police Command, which has opened an investigation into the circumstances surrounding the death.
