I just got back on the job market after ten years in the same job. Some of the companies I've interviewed with are great, and others are horrendous. I went on one interview where the interviewer (the HR Manager) started lecturing me about the company's dress code policy! Does this HR Manager think I just crawled out from under a rock? Is there a checklist you recommend to tell good companies from bad ones?
