managers get impatient with me, and say "You knew this was a startup when you took the job, didn't you?" The ironic thing is that even though the workload is killing me and many other employees, our leadership team won't acknowledge it. They host a beer and pizza party every Friday night. I want to tell him that all the beer and pizza in the world can't make up for the stress, lack of sleep and frustration of feeling like your job controls your entire life. He doesn't value me enough to respect my personal time, so how much will he really care if I quit?
