I was working at a retail store, and I needed a better job that paid more and also that would give me more hours. I thought I found a great retail job. It turned out that most of the job revolved around pushing customers to apply for the retail store's credit card. After two weeks on the job they called me into HR and wrote me up because I wasn't selling enough credit cards. I don't want to run into another situation where I take a job without understanding key parts of my responsibility.
