It's good to know that a lot of other companies have the same problems my company does but it's also kind of depressing. I'm very confident I'm going to get the offer I really want but if not, two other companies are likely to make me job offers too. My question is, What should my resignation letter say? I'm not going to go into all the reasons I'm quitting my job even though my manager is definitely going to ask me "Why are you leaving?" I don't want to write a one-sentence resignation letter that says "I'm leaving next Friday, thanks" so what should I write?
