Dear Liz,I just got promoted at work. I was the HR Coordinator before and now I'm the Training Coordinator, which is a step up from my old job. One project I'm working on is our new employee orientation program. It's a face-to-face half-day meeting that we hold once a month for our new employees. We talk about policies and benefits in that meeting already, but we want to expand the program to talk more about what it takes to be a great employee.
