It's too much work for too little recognition and money -- the same old story. I was excited when Pam wrote back to me and invited me to an interview at her office. Pam didn't ask me one question about my life, my goals, my accomplishments or my opinions. Pam didn't say one word to me about her team -- it was all about her. At the end of the grueling interview Pam only said "If I want to talk to you again, I'll let you know."
