November was Kai Kōrero (let's talk about our food) month at Rata Kindergarten and on Friday Wallingford Rest Home residents were invited to celebrate the programme which promotes healthy eating among families. Wave nutrition and oral health promoter Hacer Tekinkaya​ said sharing healthy food with residents from Wallingford was a great way to celebrate Kai Kōrero.
