A section of Rangitīkei St, from Grey St to The Square, will be closed during the day next week while water upgrades are done. A section of a Palmerston North street will be closed next week for water upgrades. Rangitīkei St, from Grey St to The Square, will be closed between 7am-4pm from Monday, February 17 to Friday, February 21 while water upgrades are done by the Palmerston North City Council. The century-old water and wastewater pipes in Cuba St are being replaced and work needs to be done at the Rangitīkei St intersection. Detours will be in place and businesses remain open.
