Telus customers can now access CBC Gem Premium through the company’s Stream+ bundles for free. If you are a Telus or Koodo customer with a Stream+ bundle, you automatically have access to CBC Gem Premium at no extra cost. CBC Gem is the public broadcaster’s digital video streaming service. For customers who already have an active Gem Premium subscription, the transition depends on how you currently pay. Back in October, the CBC went to federal court to fight an order that would force it to reveal its streaming numbers for its Gem streaming service.
