"I do not want another reversal of my order in 24 hours. On Wednesday, the three-judge bench of Chief Justice Dipak Misra and Justices A.M. Khanwilkar and D.Y. That constitution bench had then set aside an order passed a day earlier by a two-judge bench headed by Justice Chelameswar. Chief Justice Misra did set up a five-judge bench but Justice Chelameswar was not among the five judges. The comment "another reversal of my order in 24 hours" was possibly an allusion to that ruling.
