It seeks to address several inhibiting issues and would lead to tremendous boost to investor confidence, thereby causing a quantum jump in the growth of the sector,” said T.V. It will accelerate infrastructure deployment and ease the complex RoW (Right of Way) processes.”Balaji said the Bill will also ensure that secure and resilient telecom networks are put in place. “The Bill, once converted into an Act, will provide a broad framework and future fit rules can be prescribed from time to time to address the continuous evolution of technology and innovation,” he said.The Bill has also been positively acknowledged by Gopal Vittal, MD & CEO, Bharti Airtel (India & SA) and Chairman, CII National Committee for Telecom and Broadband, and Akshaya Moondra , CEO of Vodafone Idea.
