The Commissioner and Director of Municipal Administration (CDMA), Telangana has launched a dedicated WhatsApp channel. The ‘CDMA, Telangana Property Tax Module’ is an automated ‘chatbot’ service which is aimed at enabling contactless transactions during the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic. The CDMA, Telangana will also aim to include critical information on COVID-19 vaccine rollout in Telangana on the account at an appropriate juncture. Dedicated to supporting and bringing scale to G2C services, WhatsApp will continue to engage with the community, industry and government to drive such impactful programs. With the help of WhatsApp, the CDMA, Telangana aims to successfully provide a transparent, prompt and reliable channel to better connect with citizens and encourage digital inclusion.
