LAWRENCE SMITH/FAIRFAX NZ Teina Pora spent 21 years behind bars after being wrongfully convicted of the rape and murder of Susan Burdett. The papers, filed in the High Court in Wellington by lawyer Ingrid Squire, say the reasons given for the Cabinet decision were wrong in law, unlawful or unreasonable.
