The now 18-year-old Alex Pompa has admitted killing his father Giuseppe Pompa, 52, after stabbing him 24 times. On the night of the killing, Alex and his brother sent a text message to their uncle seeking help because they feared more violence. He was manhandling her, threw a phone at her face when Alex intervened to protect his mum, the teen claims. The boy, who was 17-years-old at the time, took a knife from the kitchen and began stabbing his father repeatedly until he died.
