KUCHING: Police have arrested a Form Two student for allegedly for making social media posting threatening to kill Chief Minister Datuk Patinggi Abang Abdul Rahman Zohari Abang Openg. Accompanied by his father, the teenager, 14, surrendered himself at the Kuching district police headquarters here at 2.30pm today. The suspect’s father brought his son to the district police headquarters upon learning that police had mounted a search for the teenager to facilitate investigations into the case. “The suspect has since been released on police bail after his statement was recorded,” said Dev in a statement. Dev added, seven police reports were lodged against the social media posting since yesterday.
