A teenager is facing a number of charges after a fatal crash that killed a seasonal worker on the Napier-Taupō Road last year. The driver, who has interim name suppression, was travelling in a van with other Recognised Seasonal Employee (RSE) workers on October 19 last year and collided with a tanker near Tarawera. He appeared before a registrar at the Napier District Court on Thursday morning.
