A minor is in police custody after she was found with a phone reportedly used to send threatening messages to slain IEBC manager Chris Msando. The 16-year-old was arrested by DCI officers at her aunt's house in Awendo, Migori county on Wednesday. The phone is said to be among three used to send Msando threatening messages that were recorded at Central Police Station. Government pathologist Johansen Oduor also said Msando had incisions on his right arm but the rest of his body was intactHe was murdered alongside 21-year-old Carol Ngumbu.
