The 13 year-old was arrested from Fulbaria in Kushtia around 8:30am Tuesday. The Criminal Investigation Department’s (CID) Cyber Crime unit’s Additional Superintendent Khairul Alam confirmed the matter to Dhaka Tribune. The boy, who is still in school, made over 100 phone calls to different hotline numbers as the calls to those numbers are free. The phone number was registered in his father’s name and he is also being questioned by the Kushtia district police, the CID official said.
