Police are appealing for witnesses following a collision on the A140 which has left a teenage boy with serious head injuries. Officers were called to A140 Ipswich Road, at Saxlingham Thorpe, at 3.25pm yesterday following reports of a collision involving a pedestrian and a motorcycle.
