The teenager was arrested at 7am while riding his motorcycle on the Ban Bor Phana-Chokamnuay road along the Mekong River in Tambon Tha Dokkham in Bueng Khong Long district, Beung Kan province. The authorities spotted him riding from the Mekong bank without a license plate. Stopping him for a check, they discovered the drugs.
