A form Two student has been arrested for allegedly defiling his cousin at Kawiti village in Karachuonyo constituency. The 17-year-old boy was arrested on Thursday night from his home after he reportedly committed the offence on February 19. It is reported that the boy sneaked into his 13-year-old cousin's compound at dawn, blindfolded her before assaulting. Police took the suspect to Kendu Bay police station. Rachuonyo North Sub-county Police Commander Sarah Chumo said they were still interrogating the boy.
