A seven year old was raped near Changodar canal on Sunday. He said the teen had lured the child with the promise of a ride on his cycle and that he would get her a chocolate. "Since the teen was known to the child's family, they allowed her to go with him. He then took her to a field near Changodar canal and raped her," said a cop. Sources said the family was reluctant to file a complaint as the accused were known to them but the cops insisted that an FIR be filed.
