Police confirmed that Caheem Monteith, 17, also used the family name "Ramsuchit" and was known to many family and friends "Clayshawn." Monteith was killed in what police described as a targeted shooting outside the home in the Jane Street and Shoreham Court area on Saturday morning. "He was a passionate kid... he loved the game and worked hard on the game," Campbell told CBC News. "He was a very loyal young man with a zest for life. His smile and laugh and his energy and passion for the game of basketball go unmatched," Cole said.
