LA TRINIDAD, Benguet, Philippines — A Grade 7 student was found dead near Saltan River in Barangay Taga, Pinukpuk, Kalinga on Tuesday afternoon. Roselyn Laowag, 14, of the Pinukpuk Vocational School was reported missing by her father on Monday. Laowag reportedly left their house with her cousin in Barangay Guilayon, Tabuk City. She reportedly took the shortcut in going home by crossing the river. An investigation is ongoing.
