IPOH: An 18-year-old youth fell to his death from the sixth floor of a shopping mall in Taiping on New Year's Eve. Acting Taiping OCPD Supt Razlam Ab Hamid said the victim plunged to his death at about 8.25pm on Sunday (Dec 31). The victim sustained severe injuries and died on the spot. "A chair, which is believed to have been used by the victim, was found on the sixth floor of the building," he said. Supt Razlam added that police have found no criminal elements.
