A 19-year-old man died after a fight at a South Auckland party early today. Police said the man died in Middlemore Hospital after being taken from the scene in Calthorp Close, Favona. The fight had broken out at a "small party" and the man died as a result of his injuries. "Police are speaking to several people in relation to this incident and the scene examination continues to take place." Police said the cause of death could not be confirmed until then.
