PETALING JAYA: A 17-year-old girl has lodged a police report claiming that she was sexually abused by a priest who had "adopted" her since 2009. It is learnt that the girl was staying with the priest, now in his late 40s, since she was nine after her father died and her mother had returned to China. Last week, the girl ran away from the house and lodged the police report about the abuse. The case was highlighted by Community Policing Malaysia founder Kuan Chee Heng in a video of him discussing the incident on Facebook yesterday (Oct 18). "The girl has alleged that she had been molested since she was nine and she left the house only last week.
