A 17-year-old has been arrested and charged with murder after a man's body was found on the side of a road in Hawke's Bay yesterday. Detective Inspector Mike Foster said the youth was due to appear in Hastings District Court this morning. The body was found on the side of Matahorua Road, Tutira. Police were at the scene until late last night carrying out an examination and speaking to people who are assisting with enquiries. Police would still like to speak with anyone who was in the Matahorua Rd/Shine Falls area over the weekend or yesterday morning.
