Proving a murder case without a victim’s body is getting easier for prosecutors because of technological advances, two legal experts say. Hank Idsinga acknowledged they were doing so without the bodies of Andrew Kinsman, 49, and Selim Esen, 44. “Today a body-less murder is by no means an easier defence case; it’s as tough as any other case,” he said Friday. Millard and his former friend were convicted of her murder late last year, although her body was never found.
