The results follow a spate of research showing car owners aren’t entirely happy with the influx of gadgets in the cockpit. Power released in October found more than half of vehicle owners had never used their in-vehicle concierge services after 90 days of ownership. Power’s research also found 71% of vehicle owners used another device—such as a smartphone—to replace the factory-installed navigation system.
