According to report in The Indian Express, Shastri has requested BCCI to be more considerate when formulating the team's schedule. According to the report, Shastri put forward this request in a video conference on Friday with the Committee of Administrators (COA) and BCCI CEO Rahul Johri. After the Lanka series, India rush to South Africa on December 28 where they will play three T20s, three ODIs followed by four Tests matches.
