Ryan Cruz, a recruitment and training professional from Brookside Hills, Cainta, Rizal has launched his first e-book titled “The Power of Teams.”The seven-chapter digital book tackles factors influencing the team’s performance which include trust building, enable (members) coaching, accountability for results, managing team stages, strength base, senior leader models and organization culture. The 72-page e-book, according to the author, aims “to empower the readers to learn on the lens of my experiences and exposure to the subject – teams.”The author argues in his book, available online, that in what he calls today’s “volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous world,” teams play a critical part in getting things done.
