Less than a fortnight after two unemployed youngsters climbed up the mobile tower at Punjab Bhawan in Sector 3, another group of three persons including two women, carrying petrol, went up the mobile tower situated in a sector house at Sector 3 in Chandigarh on Thursday. They have climbed the house of Harbhajan S Sangha, next to the house of Congress leader Manpreet Singh Badal, who was former Punjab finance minister. Harbans Kaur Sangha, a senior citizen, staying in the sector house, said, “My servants and staff came to know at about 10 am that someone had climbed up the tower in our house. Chandigarh police personnel on the spot in sector 3, Chandigarh on Thursday. They will be booked for trespassing.”The incident has once again brought to fore the failure of Chandigarh police to keep the high security zone area of Sector 3 secure.
