The rejig comes after three high-level executives at the Group put in their papers after Cyrus Mistry's ouster. Tata Sons announced its new organisational structure on Friday. In a statement, Tata Group said, "The Group Human Resources responsibilities will be overseen by Mr. S Padmanabhan, in addition to his existing responsibilities of leading the Tata Business Excellence Group." The rejig comes after three high-level Tata Group employees who were a part of the Group Executive Council (GEC) constituted by ex-Chairman Cyrus Mistry, put in their papers, after his removal. Ratan Tata took over as the interim chairman of the Tata Group till the selection committee finds a new chairman within the stipulated four month period.
