MEDITERRANEAN winds have blown into Sigi’s Bar and Grill, offering gourmands in Penang mesmerising flavours for a limited time only. With a special menu crafted by award-winning guest chef Fabio Polidori, the seaside eatery of Golden Sands Resort is the place to be. Equally appetite-rousing are the Gambas Bravas that pairs chilli-grilled prawns with sweet potato and aioli, and Pondicherry Soup made with Indian spices. The Moroccan Lamb Tagine is a musttry specialty from Chef Fabio Polidori. Polidori’s menu is available for dinner only, Monday to Thursday, and also Saturday, until the end of March.
