New Orleans Saints offered a hearty smoked duck gumbo by chef Isaac Toups of Toups Meatery, with player rep La’ Roi Glover. Miami Dolphins presented Verlasso seared salmon BLT with cilantro tartar sauce by chef Allen Susser of Books and Books café, with NFL player rep John Offerdahl. (KHC is a competition that pitted fans of all NFL teams against each other to raise money for food banks in NFL communities nationwide.) Next year’s Taste of the NFL will be held in Tampa, Florida.
