MANILA, Philippines — A special investigation task group (SITG) was created by the Eastern Police District (EPD) on Monday to fast-track the investigation on the murder of businessman Jose Luis Yulo and his driver. The task group dubbed “SITG Yulo” is now studying the trajectory and cross-matching of bullets and fingerprints found at the vehicle, the EPD said in a statement.
