"The business that wins out this holiday season is the one that ultimately offers the best experience for the customer," says Levant. "While Walmart, Target, and Amazon are all considered leaders in providing digital services that customers want, the holiday season will only heighten customer expectations for a flawless buying experience at every touchpoint."
