Rawinia Henderson is running against Neil Volzke as Stratford Mayor this election. A Taranaki mayor who has run unopposed many times before is being challenged for his chains this year - by an opponent who says he has done a fantastic job in office. Mother-of-three Rawinia Henderson says she thinks very highly of Stratford mayor Neil Volzke. Before the 2016 election Henderson and husband Des had started to see more poverty in Stratford through their second-hand shop.
