They have for some time opposed the Waka Jumping law. They had the allegations that Tana was involved in the exploitation of migrant workers investigated by Barrister Rachel Burt. Refusing to use the Waka jumping law to protect a non member is stretching the principles previously expressed to the breaking point. And the Green Party delegates have unanimously chosen to use the Waka jumping law.
