Tampa-based Moffitt Cancer Center has been recognized on the Forbes list "America's Best-in-State Employers" for 2023. The award is presented by Forbes and Statista Inc., according to Forbes magazine. The center says the best employers were selected based on 2 million recommendations from people working for companies with more than 500 employees in the United States. Moffitt has also been recognized as a high-performing organization in other rankings, including as Forbes' "America’s Best Employers for Women 2023," "Best and Brightest Company to Work For in the Nation" and the Tampa Bay Times Top Workplace. The Tampa-based facility is one of 54 National Cancer Institute-designated comprehensive cancer centers.
