Only Ottawa winger Chris Neil was able to beat Tampa Bay goalie Andrei Vasilevskiy on 28 shots, while Steven Stamkos, Valterri Filppula, Vladislav Namestnikov and Alex Killorn did the scoring for the Bolts. “They came out and played a better game than we did right from the start,” said Ottawa captain Erik Karlsson, who hit the crossbar in the second period. We changed that in the second period and we had a good push.”The Senators will open a three-game road swing through western Canada on Tuesday against the Vancouver Canucks.
