Bangladesh opener Tamim Iqbal fractured his finger during the practice session on Saturday. The left-handed batsman picked up the injury on his ring finger during the catching practice, an x-ray on Sunday revealed. “He has fractured his ring finger during catching practice but it is not very serious. Dr Debashish is confident for Tamim to recover and be available for selection for both the series. The last time Tamim was out from the Bangladesh squad due to injury was during the Asia Cup 2014.
