The talent manager of robbery convict Herbert Colanggo admitted organizing events inside the New Bilibid Prison that featured famous performers, such as Mocha Uson, Jennifer Lee of Viva Hot Babes, among others. Mocha Uson is a vocal supporter of President Rodrigo Duterte’s war on drugs. Diaz said he also brought in sex workers who mingled with guests to sneak them into the prison facility. Diaz also said Colanggo gave P1.2 million to former Bureau of Corrections (BuCor) director Franklin Bucayu through his alleged bagman Col. Eli to sneak in alcohol inside Bilibid.
