The newly constituted Kotoko Board disbanded the management team led by George Amoako. "Kotoko is a heavier club and needs those with the nitty-gritty of football to run the club. The new Board of Directors is headed by Dr. Kwame Kyei and he will be assisted by Jude Arthur, who served as a board member in 2013. Tema-based businessman and two-time board member Alhaji Lamine have also been brought back to be part of the new team.
