According to a source, he was found in Effiekuma Zongo in Takoradi around 11 pm on Monday. The woman who kidnapped the child and her accomplice, a man believed to be Togolese, have been arrested for further interrogation and prosecution. The incident which happened at about 4:30 pm in front of the Market Circle Post Office was then reported to the Market Circle Police. The baby has since been sent to the Effia-Nkwanta Regional Hospital for medical examination
