Since it is tied to Penang South Reclamation (PSR) in the southern coast of Penang island, the reclamation of three man-made islands will have to start as well to finance the LRT project. (The PSR is a massive plan to reclaim three islands totalling 1,800ha off the southern coast of Penang island. Has the state party leadership identified the next echelon of leaders?
