Dramatic footage shows the Nanfang'ao Bridge in Yilan Count, Taiwan fall into the river - just after a large oil tanker passed along it. Later pictures show a tanker had smashed into the bridge structure with smoke billowing from the cab. Local reports say three fishing boats were underneath the bridge when it fell - with people still 'trapped in the rubble.' "The bridge collapsed at around 9.30am while an oil tanker vehicle was on it, setting the vehicle on fire," said Shih I-chun, the secretary of the town's mayor said.
